I’ve built the governance frameworks and delivery standards a program manager relies on, and I build the technical guardrails myself when a program needs them. Program Delivery & Governance

Establishing governance frameworks, coding standards, and peer review workflows, then driving org-wide adoption across a platform team. I built and led the Power Platform Governance Team at Austin Water from the ground up, designed wSpec (a contract-enforcing framework that gates AI coding agents against spec-compliance rules and produces an immutable audit trail of every AI-assisted decision), and presented AI pipeline architecture directly to non-technical leadership, since governance only sticks if the people funding it actually understand what it protects against.

AI Engineering & Agentic Systems

Designing agent workflows, integrating LLMs into production systems through tool use and MCP servers, and building automation that eliminates repetitive work. I build MCP servers that give AI agents direct, auditable control over real infrastructure, and spec-driven workflows that keep agentic coding predictable rather than improvised.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Designing and operating Azure-based systems at enterprise scale: serverless Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with governed multi-environment approvals. I also run a self-hosted Unraid/Docker homelab, and I’m deliberate about which parts of a system belong on managed cloud versus self-hosted infrastructure rather than defaulting to one or the other.
